How do I return an item?

If you find a problem with our merchandise, please refer to the following guidelines. We will issue store credit only for returns based only on these terms:
All returns should be accompanied by a confirmation number. Please call Phoebe's Boutique in order to receive a return authorization at (770) 484-3737. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For proper handling on the return, clearly mark the order confirmation number on the package.
Unless an order confirmation number is requested within 24 HOURS after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 2 business days from the receipt of the order confirmation number, returns will not be processed and credit will not be issued under any circumstances.
The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of any returned item.
There will be a 30% restocking charge on returned merchandise, so please call PHOEBE'S BOUTIQUE PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER, IN ORDER TO GET YOUR PROPER SIZE (770-484-3737).
All sales are final on sale items and special ordered items.
All returns must be in the original, resalable condition. The credit will not be issued to the return items, if...TAGS ARE REMOVED, SOILED, TORN, PERFUME AND CIGARETTE ODORS, ETC. We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS.
